Responsible to entire MicroATM rollout in respective states/regions, Sales target with respect to fee income, Training of team and agents, Govt. relation management, Field level monitoring, audit Cash management with branch operations or cash management agencies, ensuring branding is in place on field level, for all segments of Microatm rollout including corporate and transaction banking group, Bharat plus, Bharat banking and MicroATM division own rollout.

Key Responsibilities

  1. MicroATM rollout as per Sales target, building up sales team and designing strategies to reach targets set.
  2. Fee and float income generation as per target assigned
  3. Identifying potential Man power resources based on the roles available and targets assigned.
  4. Overall training of all agents, district coordinators and State managers from time to time on new product rollouts on MicroATM platform
  5. Establishing contacts with various segments of the Geography which include Government, Corporate and other PSUs in acquiring new Business.
  6. Ensure Operational efficiency in delivering services by team.
  7. Coordination and timely reporting of reports to all the statutory authorities, Central Office etc.
  8. Overseeing Banks Operations in terms of Audit Compliance and achieve Six Sigma standards.
  9. Extensively travelling throughout the regions, states and districts to identify, establish and increasing Business opportunities.
  10. Coordination and follow up with Vendors and other related agents in establishing the Branding the Bank.

Candidate Profile

  • Should have worked in similar stream of business- payments related at execution level or must demonstrate deep insight for rolling out such business
  • Possess a minimum 8 – 10 years of total experience, preferably from financial sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority , Ambitious and persistent
  • Self-motivated and enjoy working to targets
  • Articulate, confident communicator and presenter
  • Thrive in a pressurized, sales-driven environment
  • Strong team player, but equally good at taking initiative
